Free shipping within Sweden

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that the delivery time heavily depends on the country where the order is to be distributed. TRACK YOU ORDER

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1–4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us at contact@bersenstockholm.com after the estimated delivery time.

Import duties and taxes

All prices include VAT. If you live outside of the EU, it is possible that your order is subject to local VAT and / or (import) taxes. Due to complicated regulations and unknown tariffs, we are unable to calculate these additional costs, and, as a consequence, these costs are unfortunately for your own account. When an order is not accepted, additional shipping costs, import duties and return costs are also for your own account.

Returns

We offer free returns on unused products within 14 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, simply use our return form. Please make sure you still have the original packaging when you initiate a return request. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and packaged in the original boxes. All credit refunds will be directed back to the original payment method used to place the order within 5 days of the packages arrival and inspection.
